About Zero Project Asia Pacific

In a significant step to advance disability inclusion across Singapore and the Asia-Pacific, SG Enable is proud to announce our strategic collaboration with the Zero Project. This partnership aims to bridge the gap between the global disability inclusion community and regional innovation ecosystems, fostering sustainable and impactful change for persons with disabilities, in support of United Nations Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities (UNCRPD).

The Asia-Pacific region presents immense opportunities for innovative solutions that promote inclusion. By joining forces with the Zero Project, SG Enable hopes to amplify the reach of local innovations and bring globally recognized best practices to the region. This partnership underscores a shared commitment to remove barriers as we build inclusive societies and enable lives.

Our Key Objectives

  • Scaling and Replicating Innovative Solutions: Identifying, supporting, and scaling solutions that effectively remove barriers for persons with disabilities.
  • Expanding Reach and Impact: Elevating existing local innovations by leveraging both SG Enable’s and Zero Project’s expertise and extensive networks to ensure these solutions gain global recognition and broader application.
  • Jointly Organizing Annual Engagements: Bringing together stakeholders through events like the “Zero Project Asia Pacific Symposium 2024,” aimed at fostering dialogue, sharing knowledge, and strengthening partnerships.
