Getting There

1. By MRT (Mass Rapid Transit)
• Nearest MRT Station: City Hall MRT (NS25 / EW13).
• Directions: The MRT station is connected directly to Raffles City Shopping Centre, which has elevators and escalators. Follow the signs to Raffles City Convention Centre upon exiting the MRT.
• Accessibility: City Hall MRT is wheelchair accessible, with ramps and, wide gates, and tactile tiles leading to the lifts.


2. By Taxi
• Pick-up / Drop-off: Request to be dropped off at the Fairmont Hotel and take North Tower lift to level 4 which is nearest to the Stamford Ballroom.
• Taxi Booking: You can book a taxi using local apps such as ComfortDelGro or Gojek, available on iOS and Android.


3. By Grab
• Booking: Open the Grab app (available in Singapore) and set your destination as “Fairmont Singapore.” The app offers ride-hailing services, including options for larger vehicles.
• Drop-off Location: Request to be dropped off at the Fairmont Hotel and take North Tower lift to level 4 which is nearest to the Stamford Ballroom.

Access to the Convention Centre

1. Main Entrance: Enter through the main lobby of the Fairmont Hotel. Elevators are located to the right, with signs pointing to the Convention Centre. For wheelchair users, lift access to the Convention Centre is only available via Fairmont Hotel North Tower lift.


2. Navigating the Convention Centre:
• Lifts: Lifts reaching the Convention Centre on Level 4 are only available via Fairmont Hotel North Tower lift.
• Wheelchair Access: The Convention Centre is wheelchair accessible, with minimal obstacles.


3. Signage and Assistance:
• Look for directional signs to the Convention Centre.
• You can also approach the concierge desk at Fairmont Hotel to assist you with directions.

Stamford Ballroom Accessibility Features

1. Accessible Toilets:
• Location: There are 2 accessible toilets within the Convention Centre on level 4. Look for the nearest accessible restroom sign or ask the event staff for directions.
• Larger wheelchairs  (≥ 77cm): Approach event staff for assistance to access suitable accessible toilets at level 3.
• Features: The toilets are equipped with support bars, lower sinks, and wide doorways.


2. Seating:
• The seating in the Convention Centre is set up banquet style with round tables and chairs. Approach the organisers in advance if you require any accommodations.


3. Guide Dogs:
• Guide dogs are permitted on the premises. Notify organisers in advance to ensure that proper arrangements are made.
